Delivery |
All in-stock merchandise will be shipped from our fulfillment center immediately upon receipt of your order. Back-ordered items take 1-2 weeks for restocking. Call 847/877-2240 for availability. Selections ordered together are not always shipped together. No item will be charged to you until it is shipped.

In a hurry? Order by fax. Use the website to create your order and at checkout choose FAX ORDER IN as your payment method to print out your order form. Fax your order to: 847/877-2240. You must include Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express charge card information with your faxed order.

Returns |
All in-stock merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of invoice provided they are in store-bought condition. Box, tags, etc. must be included. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip to receive credit or exchange. We cannot accept returns on used items that are not defective.

Lost Returned Packages |
